1. When ordering, simply select the pricing tier that matches your quantity (e.g., 40 pcs → 40–69 tier).

2. Please place your order at least 1.5–2 months before your desired delivery date to allow time for illustration, production, and shipping.

3. After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email, with a link to complete your wording form.

4. First proof will be emailed with up to 3 rounds of minor revisions.
   Personalized wording: 2-3 business days(BD)
   Custom illustration:
   Minimalist 5-7 | Realistic 7-9 BD

5. Production time after design approval: 
   Standard (rectangular): 7-10 BD
   Die-cut (shaped)/ special finishes: 10-14 BD

・Menus are printed on premium 400gsm cardstock. Name cards are printed on 250gsm cardstock due to printing equipment limitations.

・Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays and paper (up to 10% variation). Slight cutting variations of 1–3 mm are considered normal.

・We recommend ordering 10–20 extra to avoid reordering and international shipping costs.
