Yes, but we recommend ordering 10–20 extra pieces initially. Reorders after printing may have a higher unit cost, and additional shipping fees will apply if your original package has already been shipped.

Each product page lists the available quantity options. Most cards and favors have a minimum order quantity of 40 pieces per design.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason prior to completing your questionnaire or providing us with your details to design your order, we will refund you minus a 5% fee for our costs and time involved.

If you would like to cancel your order before your order has been printed; i.e. you have submitted your order information or received your first round presentation to review, we will refund 50% of the total order value.

If you have approved your order for production, we are no longer able to refund or return your order for any reason.

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your package has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the shipment status and contacting the courier.

We carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged items. We will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.

Before production begins, we provide a digital proof via email for your review and approval. By approving the final proof, you confirm that all details, including wording and design elements, are correct.
