I. WHEN TO ORDER?

Although most orders take about a month, we recommend placing your order at least 1.5 months before your desired delivery date. The earlier the better.

This allows sufficient time for proof revisions, specialty finishes, hand-drawn portrait illustrations (if applicable), and any unforeseen delays. We also recommend ordering 10–20 extra to avoid reordering shipping costs.

II. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER ORDERING?

For invitations and wedding menus:
please complete the wording form in your order confirmation email (Check your spam folder as well). 

For wedding favors and signage:
if your customization details are provided on the product page, simply wait for your first proof.

III. WHEN WILL I GET MY FIRST PROOF?

First proof will be emailed after we receive your details.

May take longer during busy seasons.

IV. CAN I REQUEST CHANGES?

Yes! We offer up to 3 rounds of minor revisions, with each round taking 1–2 business days.

Minor revisions include wording changes, switching between the color options provided, and small illustration adjustments. For personalized photos or custom illustrations, minor adjustments are also included.

The overall layout and design style remain fixed. Major changes may require an additional fee.

After design approval, we will begin the production process:
Standard (rectangular): 7–10 Business days 
Die-cut (shaped) / Special Finishes: 10–14 Business days
Special finishes include handcrafted details, foil stamping, and more.

All orders are shipped via international express delivery from Taiwan (Chunghwa Post EMS), because we know how excited you are to receive your wedding items!
