Order and Process

I. WHEN TO ORDER?

Most of our production typically takes under a month. To ensure the highest quality
of your custom hand-drawn artwork and allow time for revisions, additional finishing
and international shipping, we recommend placing your order at least 1.5~2 months
before your desired delivery date. Early orders are strongly encouraged.

II. HOW TO COMPLETE THE ORDER?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a
link to the form. (Check your spam folder too)
Please complete your wording and upload your photos if your order includes a
custom portrait or photo.

III. WHEN WILL I GET MY FIRST PROOF?

Personalized texts: 1–3 business days
Custom portraits: Minimalist: 5–7 business days, Realistic: 7–9 business days
We will send your first proof via Email

IV. CAN I REQUEST CHANGES?

Yes! You get 3 rounds of partial edits (wording, colors, illustrations, etc.)
Each Revision takes approximately 1-2 business days, we will send you email.
Major illustration changes require a new fee.

V. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME

Production: 7–10 business days after proof approval.
(An additional 7–10 business days may be required for cut shapes, handcraft, foil, or
letterpress and other special finishes.)
